Tyler McGoffin 029dc8ffc1 Change conditional in promptForHostname to better reflect prompter changes ... The old isEnterprise check no longer makes sense, given the prompter is providing 'other', not 'GitHub Enterprise Server' as its non-GitHub.com option.
