Pavel Dostál 6d6ea5f371 Fix flaky Password test by increasing echo mode setup timeout ... The beforePasswordSendTimeout was set to 100 microseconds, which is insufficient for huh to disable echo mode on the PTY in slow or constrained environments (e.g. network-isolated build containers).
